Domain Registration and Renewal Issue
It has come to our attention that there is/was an issue renewing domains for 10 years...

As per ICANN, one cannot renew or register a domain for more than 10 years. The problem arises when your domain has not expired and you renew for 10 years. At that point, the request bounces back and throws an error because you're going beyond the 10 year limit.
There is no easy fix for this, so what we're asking everyone in this situation to do is to go ahead and renew for 9 years, wait another month or so until the "deadline" passes so that your domain is beyond it's Birthday if-you-will, then renew for an additional year.
We are going to make adjustments to the control panel to no longer allow for 10 year renewal because most people fall into this category when renewing, thus creating issues.
If there are any problems, please contact support for assistance!

Power Distribution Unit Failure
Update:

The problem turned out to be a faulty UPS. The problem is temporarily resolved to get the services up and running again.

We are scheduling a planned maintenance window of about 2 hours for this unit shortly. Stay tuned.

----------------------------------------

As of 11:15AM this morning, one of our PDC-s failed in a strange mode, taking out an entire rack worth of gear - lights out.

Currently, we are working to move the entire rack to a new power source, and bypass the failed PDC.
Affected systems are: host72, core02, vault, dns2, mx, filer01, and filer02.
If you use any services on any of these machines, chances are your host in unreachable at this time.

Please stay tuned for updates on this post.
