If the server that serves your domain happens to be offline (for maintenance purposes for instance) your mail will get queued on our MX (mail exchange server) which is mx.etonic.net.
You do not have access to retrieve mail while temporarily queued on this cluster, however as soon as your server goes back online - all of your queued mail will automatically be forwarded to your default account. You do not need to do anything.
It may take up to 1 hour for your mail to show up. This is due to load, amount of data, time of day, etc.
If your mail does not show up within 1-2 hours, please do one of the following:
1. Log into your webmail account and check your spam box.
2. If #1 does not find your missing email, contact support for further assistance.

When I register my new domain name, or renew an expired domain, how long will it take to go live on the internet?
When you register a new domain name, many times it will become active right away; however, it can take up to 48 hours for most new names to be active and go live. This is called "propagation". Although this can vary depending on the actual registry, this delay is true for most names like com, net, org, biz and info. Please know this is under the control of the registry, and the registrar does not have any abilities to make this happen faster.
It can take up to 72 hours for your name to be fully active once renewed as well. Once a domain expires, it is directed to a default parking page and your site will go down, along with your email. After you reactivate (renew) your domain, all of your previous settings will be restored, and you do not need to re-enter this information.
