Our custom control panel is a very unique beast. It is fast and works great but lots of times there are just too many users on it at the same time - all making changes to their domains, adding, removing users, adding new hosting, email hosting, buying new domains... etc.



All these tasks put a huge load on our control panel servers so we approximate that most tasks will take on average between 2-5 minutes to complete. There are cases when chances are made instantly or could take up to 15 minutes during heavy loads.

Any errors should get reported to Admins asap.

How to I access my email via webmail?

Each domain has access to its private version of webmail. Simply point your browser to http://yourdomain.com/webmail and login with your credentials.
Of course, replace yourdomain.com with your actual domain name.

Remember, your full e-mail address is required for username, not just your name along with your password.

Ex: If your email address is john@smith.com you will use john@smith.com for username, not just john.

PS. There are also https (ssl) versions available to those customers that have purchased their own SSL certificate.
